In several African countries, Organic Agriculture has reached a significant level of development and the national organic sector has organized itself into a national organic agriculture network/movement. National organic agriculture movements represent the organic sector at the national and international levels. The following national organic agriculture movements exist in Africa:
The Ethiopian Association of Organic Agriculture (EAOA)
The National Organic Agricultural Movement of Uganda (NOGAMU)
Organic Producers & Processors Association of Zambia (OPPAZ)
The Zimbabwe Organic Producers' and Processors' Association (ZOPPA)
Your national organic agriculture movement exists but is not mentioned here? Your organization has a new website address? Please contact the IAO coordinator at h.bouagnimbeck@ifoam.org to help us update this page.
