The IFOAM EU Group invited European experts in the field of organic food and farming to its seminar in Romania. The topic of the seminar was ‘Multifunctional agriculture in Europe – the role of organic food and farming and its political framework’. This seminar was co-financed by the European Community, Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development. After the seminar the participants had the opportunity to join a one day-excursion to organic farms and processors in Romania.
