Brio is
an Italian company that produces only and exclusively organically grown
fruit
and vegetables and freshly prepared foods to be marketed throughout
Europe. It
was founded in 1993 by the Primavera Cooperative, a
group of organic
farmers in
and around Verona in the North of Italy.
Brio
manages all the phases of production and marketing: farming, processing,
packaging and distribution according to the needs of single distribution
channels: supermarket chains, wholesalers, catering organisations,
organic food
shops and the food industry.
Brio
is
checked and certificated by the ICEA (an Italian certification body) and
guarantees the highest organic quality thanks to its own monitoring and
control
systems, carried out by its own qualified experts, with inspections on
the land
as well as laboratory analyses throughout the growing process. This is

addition to public controls and certification from national agricultural
ministry organizations authorized by international laws.
