Based on the EGTOP's reports, European Commission has launched in January 2012 the working documents to amend the Regulation (EC) No 889/2007, on Annexes I (fertilizers), II (plant protection products), XII (form of certificate and Article 21 (feed in conversion), which added to the working document later.
IFOAM EU Group expressed its concerns on the Commission's working document for amendments on the Annexes I, II and XII of the Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 in its letter of May 2012.
IFOAM EU Group is working on its further position towards those issues.
