Organic wine - implementing rules
Organic wine production was put into the scope of European regulation by Regulation (EC) No 834/2007. European Commission on the level of SCOF (SCOF consists of representatives of the Member States with a representative of the Commission as the chair) worked on organic wine implementing rules.

On 8 February 2012, SCOF approved new rules for organic wine production and labelling. You can find EU Commission documents below:
