Organic operators certified by an officially approved certifier, to any standard part of the IFOAM Family of standard, can apply for the use of the Global Organic Mark on their products.
The Global Organic Mark is the following logo, which IFOAM will promote towards consumers globally:
The Global Organic Mark is the property of IFOAM and is protected as such. Its use by any other person is regulated under IFOAM's Policy 43 on the Use of the Global Organic Mark.
Individual operators wishing to obtain the right to use the Global Organic Mark on their product should fill in the Application Form and contact IFOAM at ogs@ ifoam.org.
Producer associations or national organic movement associations may enter into a contract with IFOAM to sub-license the use of the Global Organic Mark to their members. Please contact ogs@ ifoam.org for more information.
