The United States Department of State estimates that the process of applying for and receiving a visa takes approximately one month, but may take longer depending upon the country of origination. If your name or a close variation is matched in a database indicating law enforcement concerns, the process will take several weeks longer to resolve.

After the payment of registration fees is confirmed, the conference organizers will provide you with a visa invitation letter via email.
Participants are strongly encouraged to begin the process of applying for visas by June 15th 2006 at the latest.
