BY AIRPLANE
The nearest airport is Guglielmo Marconi in Bologna (34 km)
Bologna’s airport is connected to all major European hubs (Milan, Rome, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels, London, Amsterdam...). There is an ATCM (public transportation) shuttle bus service from the airport. The schedules can be found here. The ride takes about 1 hour and costs € 10,00 per person. The tickets are available on the bus.

It is also possible to book a private transfer with driver by contacting Modenatur (tel. +39 059 220022). The prices are available upon request and vary depending on the number of passengers.
Also upon request, it is possible to make a stopover during the transfer and visit organic farms.

BY TRAIN
You will find the train schedules and also buy tickets at Italy's State Railways website [in English or Italian]. Modena is well connected with the Bologna train station and can be reached with trains directly from Milan, Zurich, Frankfurt and Paris.

Highways: A1 or A22 (Brennero)
Exit: Modena Sud or Modena Nord.
