In the Modena - Emilia Romagna Region, Italy - the local government (Province of Modena) and the regional organic movement (AIAB Emilia Romagna) gathered energy and resources to establish the “Consorzio ModenaBio 2008” in order to create, with IFOAM and in partnership with other important international and national organizations, a global platform for discussion and for sharing information and experiences to Cultivate Our Future in a concrete manner: the 16th IFOAM Organic World Congress (OWC).
