Target groups and admission requirements: Must have a strong desire to learn. The physical capability to work daily in a rigorous garden setting is desired. Potential students that have interest to pursue a career in an agricultural vocation are given priority. We do not sponsor foreign students.
Training objectives: The Garden Student Program’s goal is to promote enlivened knowledge through practical training in biodynamic and sustainable agricultural.
Training program: The Foundation Year is an exploration into biodynamic and organic agriculture through theoretical and experiential learning building on core competencies and skills and agro-ecological literacy. 
    The Foundation Year prepares students for the challenges of farming, broadens awareness into issues of sustainable agriculture today and penetrates the human spirit with enlivened knowledge.
    This 9-month immersion program includes a pre-season two-month agricultural studies series, cooperative instruction with area farmers, regional farm tours, project development and on-site CSA management and responsibility.  Each student will receive a core competency and skills evaluation.
    Opportunities that offer a low-risk environment to incubate future organic farmers with land, mentorship, and equipment so they can generate equity while developing a thriving business also available.
