Target groups and admission requirements:
•    People wanting to enter into organic or biodynamic agricultural or horticultural work.
•    Farmers and growers intending to convert their enterprise to organics or biodynamics.
•    Producers wishing to work toward certification with one of New Zealand’s organic or biodynamic certification agencies.
Training objectives:
Students gain a foundation in organic or biodynamic agriculture over a range of agricultural and horticultural environments, and will be able to embark on organic or biodynamic certification with a chosen agency or enter into biodynamic or organic agricultural work.
Training program:
•    A sound grounding in the process of obtaining organic or biodynamic certification with New Zealand certification authorities (BIO-GRO, Demeter, and O.F.N.Z). Affordable quality education on a stunning farm location.
•    Leading organic and biodynamic farmers as tutors.
•    An intensive introduction to organic and biodynamic methods and their application to agriculture and horticulture in New Zealand.
•    A practical, experiential approach to understanding natural processes and dynamics.
•    An artistic schooling of your capacity to observe and learn from nature.
