Leadership Courses – 2013/14
The first IFOAM Leadership Development Course was successfully concluded in
India, and the second course for the South Asian region is already filled, and
will commence on 3 April 2013. The success and increasing demand in South
Asia means that we will be launching further courses for 2014 for South Asia as
well as East Asia. Further details will be available soon.

are invited for our next course, the IFOAM OLC Europe 2013/14!
OLC Europe - Details
The course entails two full-time residential modules of 10 and 5 days
respectively and a part-time e-learning phase that includes 9 webinars.
First Face-to-Face Module: 14 – 21 July, 2013
Second Face-to-Face Module: February 2014, before Biofach Nürnberg.
Trainers
Konrad Hauptfleisch, the IFOAM Academy Manager, and Markus Arbenz, IFOAM
Executive Director are the main trainers for the Leadership Course. They bring
core skills in training and sector development to the course. In partnership
with the IFOAM EU Group and other membership organisations, we are also
bringing regional experts in marketing, advocacy, strategy and value chain
development to enhance the already extensive curriculum.

Location
The course will be held at the historic Goetheanum in Dornach, Switzerland - a
location that provides an inspiring learning space through its connections to
Organic Agriculture.
Cost
Option 1: 4000 Euros including the training, all training
materials, accommodation (twin sharing) and food during the residential
training. Not included are travel costs to the training venue.
Option 2: If you prefer to make your own accommodation
arrangements, the course fee will be a total of 2800 Euros.

Admission into the course, taking into account participants’ qualifications,
the date of application, gender balance and diversity will be decided after a
Skype interview with the applicants after 3 May 2013.
