Rudolf Steiner Founder of Biodymanic Agriculture
"Man is effective in the world not only through what he does,
but above all through what he is."

-Rudolf Steiner

Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) was founder of Anthroposophy, Waldorf education, biodynamic agriculture, anthroposophical medicine, and Eurythmy.

He characterized anthroposophy as a path of knowledge, to guide 'the spiritual in the human being to the spiritual in the universe.'

Steiner advocated a form of ethical individualism, with an explicitly spiritual component. He derived his epistemology from Johann Wolfgang Goethe's world view, where thinking perceives ideas like the eye percieves colors and the ear percieves sounds.
