Conditions of Intranet Use |

I as an individual /as the representative of an IFOAM Affiliate hereby agree that the right to use IFOAM's Intranet site is a privilege exclusive to me. I agree to hold the sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name and password which IFOAM supplied me. I will circulate the information provided only within my organization.
I will not authorize third parties outside my organization to use the site, and agree that I am solely responsible for all usage or activity on my account. I will not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign the benefits from this agreement to any third party without IFOAM's written approval. Any attempt to do so will be null and void and shall be considered a material breach of this agreement. In case such a misuse comes to my notice, I agree to inform IFOAM immediately.
I have understood that the benefits provided through the Intranet are an exclusive service for IFOAM Affiliates and that any misuse could cause damages to IFOAM. In the event of an infringement of the stipulations above, I shall be liable to IFOAM for any damage caused.
