Food Security Briefing in the Financial Times
With support from KRAV, IFOAM brought
the benefits of Organic Agriculture to an important audience. The Financial
Times 96 page Food Security Briefing was distributed in hard copy to over
400,000 readers throughout Europe.
IFOAM’s article ‘Powered
by Nature’ called for affordable production systems for the poor, based on
the smart use of biodiversity and the solutions offered by nature - an approach
that IFOAM calls ‘eco-intensification’.
It also profiled Krav’s
leadership in sustainability standards.
