To learn how to plan a set up of a new organic farm or to convert conventional farm into organic one. 2. To learn basic skills on maintaining crop and animal stock, to improve soil fertility and recycle farm organic matter, to apply organic plant protection and use modern farm machinery. 3. To learn how to get and how to exchange information and knowledge on organic farming, how to promote farm organic produce and obtain better market value.
