Awareness on the benefits of organic agriculture is increasing in West Africa. Nonetheless, the potential of West Africa in organic agriculture remains underexploited. To redress this, there is need for effective networking among West African scientists, farmers, students, policy makers, agro-allied entrepreneurs and other stakeholders.
