The articles are published with the involvement of local journalists and showcase the lived experiences and impacts associated with the conversion to Organic Agriculture. ABOUT OSEA The OSEA II Project (Regional cooperation for Organic Standards and certification capacity in East Africa) is funded by Sida (the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) and is a follow up to the OSEA 1 Project. The OSEA II Project is running from November 2010 to December 2013 and aims at improving income and livelihood of rural communities in East Africa through facilitation of trade in organic products by means of a regional standard, development of the conformity assessment system, promotion of a regional mark and raising consumer awareness.
