VAT included
Fee A allows the participation to the Congress on June 18th, 19th and 20th, and also includes participation to the Natural Cosmetics and Aquaculture modules (fees E and F).
Fee B allows the participation to all activities taking place from June 16th to 20th: thematic conferences (fee D), the Congress from June 18th-20th (fee A) and specific modules (fees E and F).
Fee C allows the participation in one of the three Congress days (June 18th-20th), excluding the participation to the specific Natural Cosmetics and Aquaculture modules, which are accessible through fees E and F.
Fee D refers to the participation to thematic conferences happening on June 16th and 17th, on Textile, Fruits, Wine and Viticulture.
The following categories of participants receive a 20% reduction on the above-indicated registration fees:
- IFOAM members, ISOFAR members and members of partner organizations that organize the Congress (FiBL, Darcof, ISHS, ICEA, AIAB, CCPB and IAMB-MOAN);
- certified organic producers and retailers;
- authors of selected presentations;
- students.
The participation fee includes:
- Participation in the Congress according to the selected fee schedule;
- Lunch and 2 coffee breaks each day;
- Congress abstracts;
- Congress proceedings;
- The fee does not include the overnight stay, the dinners and the tours.
The participation fee is € 90,00 and includes transportation from the Congress venue to the reception.
Moreover, it will be possible to purchase exhibition space at the venue of the plenary sessions.

In case of cancellations communicated before May 15th, 2008, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed. There will be no refunds after the indicated date. In any case, you have the possibility to choose a replacement up to one week before the beginning of the Congress.
