Organic Livestock Handbook
This handbook is intended as a guide for livestock producers who are looking for information on organic management practices as they relate to animal husbandry.  It will be useful for both experienced livestock producers and those considering introducing livestock to their farms.  It is not a comprehensive book on basic livestock management, there are many good reference materials already available; nor does it include information on organic cropping practices as these can be found in the companion volume the Organic Field Crop Handbook.
