Bio Latina has elaborated the ongoing quality manual based on the ISO/IEC 65: 1996 “General Requirements for bodies operating product certification systems”, with the main concern of imposing the quality of the certification of food derived from organic agriculture. This document is part of Bio Latina’s quality system and contains general information about Bio Latina and their certification and quality systems.
